  • Ice Blast not checking for shatter hp% on last tic

While watching a live match i noticed crystal maiden had been hit by Ice Blast and was taking damage from frostbit and on the last tic was dropped well below 10% but instead of shattering the debuff was removed. Is this intended?

"instant kill if damage suffered below 10% HP."

Not "if HP drop below 10%" but damage suffered, as in taking damage while under 10%.

At 99 HP she was still just barely above 11%, so the last tick was damage she take while above 10% still.

I could be wrong, but that's my understanding from the wording of it.
Every time someone make a false report.
Making people's losses feel worse with just my name (don't ask me how it work, I certainly don't)

Currently observed Orb(Unique Attack Modifiers), Critical, and Bash interactions for DotA2

People who cry MM isn't fair: Maybe you're not as great as you make yourself to be.
People who wants surrender: It exists, but I'm not teaching you how to do it.

Direct quote from description says no.

From WC3 DotA testing you're right. The DoT (or probably any other damage source too) can drop you below 10% (or the shattering % of that specific level) without killing you, however any further damage while debuffed will cause death.
