  • [Fixed] Tombstone zombies and illusions

    Zombies spawned by illusions don't disappear when the illusions timer runs out/dies.

    -Pick undying
    -Create an enemy like shadow demon or a hero with a manta.
    -Erect tombstone
    -Wait for Illusions to disappear

    Result: The zombies spawned to the illusions don't disappear after illusions are gone.
    Expected: Zombies despawn when target is gone

    Sometimes you can aggro the remaining zombies, how I do not know.

    P.S.
    Searched forum didn't find anything about this.

    I confirm. Zombies remain after their illusion target disappears due to time out.

    I don't know about the part where you can make them attack other targets, though... I couldn't reproduce anything like that.

      Well IMO, Zombies actions are taken by target singularity. Like, if there's Shadow Demon near, spawn to him, doesn't matter how many Shadow Demons are there. If one or two or ten of them go away, there still should be a Shadow Demon.

      Like: "Shadow Demon near - spawn zombie", "Shadow Demon near, spawn zombie", "Shadow Demon near, spawn zombie". If the two shadow demons go away, there's still one that meets the command.
      I think that's how it should be imo.

          And I have also found out what OP means by aggroing the zombies that have remained after a dead illusion. You are unable to control them, but they can focus on another target if it gets low (see the video above) or nearby (see the video below):



          Along with the other Tombstone Bug about the Deathlust, right now, Undying seems unintentionally buffed as hell.

              Zombies from Tombstone, spawned from illusions dont dissappear after killing them

              If zombies from tombstone kills hero/creeps, who caused their spawn, they immediately disappear
              however this doesnt happen with illusions, after killing them and a few seconds zombies actually start attacking another units

              is it intended mechanic or not?
