I always thought that dispersion would reflect damage taken and then block, but it seems like it blocks first then disperses?
For example if you took 100 damage with rank 4 dispersion, and had a vangaurd which blocked 40 damage, you would disperse 22 damage, but take 100-22-40=38 damage yourself. However now it seems like it disperses after blocking, which means 100-40-(60*0.22)=13.2 damage dispersed.
Can I get some clarification? Was it always this way in DotA (1)? There's nothing about dispersion in the intended fixes sticky either so I made this thread.
