  • wisp - relocate + tether

when you tether someone and then use relocate your tether gets refreshed to 12 seconds so you can take the other hero back without using tether again

but if you use relocate first and then use tether during the casting delay of relocate your tether duration will not get refreshed and run out just before you can take the other hero back

    -use relocate
-tether a hero before you tp
    -wait 12 sec

-wisp will tp back but the other hero not

im not sure if this is a bug but i couldnt find anthing about it on

Hmm, interesting, might need to check the tether-extension time conditions on dota 1... I.e. can it time-out between casting relocate and being relocated? I believe that it not lasting the full 12 seconds if cast during the delay time is a bug [UNTESTED].

[Confirmed] (tested in Wc3 and Dota 2)
Dota 1 behaviour: the PORT from relocate refreshs the duration of tether. No matter if tether is active before casting relocate or it's cast after.
You will always bring your ally back (unless you cancel it yourself).
Dota 2 behaviour: the CAST from relocate refreshs the duration of tether. The rest is in the post of dampfi.

EDIT: This is on the confirmed list.
      #73 low.
