Not sure if it's a bug (or if it's the same in D1), but after reducing the cooldown on PT, if I manage to maintain vision (and a proximity) I can double PT an enemy.
The first PT will work as intended (approximated as follows):
- slow, small damage
- slower -> stun
- damage + dot
The second PT will:
- slow, won't "slower" them anymore (meaning it will only hit the first slow penalty, won't go further to the second part)
- damage, won't stun (might be related to the fact it won't reach the second slow stage)
- dot (not sure but didn't seem to work, or it lasted a short while)
So for short, a second level 3 or 4 PT will behave similar (if not exactly) to a level 1 PT if cast on an enemy that already has the dot buff active (by the time the cooldown ends the stun should end as well).
Is this WAI ? (working as intended to the non-acronym fans)
