...I seriously hope you don't actually believe Dota 1 is easier than Dota 2.

Sure, because changing a tree's model to make it more noticeable will surely change the way people play Dota 2, and even people who didn't know about that trick will instantly learn it just because they changed a tree.

That tree is clearly the one forbidden apple tree.

If you touch that tree it's over. The balance of DOTA is tipped off and lost forever. Heroes become champions, you can't deny anymore, everyone has smartcast and no casting animations, you can only start with boots and tangos, and one of the two teams automatically surrenders at 20 minutes.

Just like in DOTA 1, which we all know is completely different from DOTA 2 and developed by completely different people who had no clue on how to make a DOTA-like game. I have won so many games by exploiting the excessive, mind-numbing ease of clicking that tree in that silly, low-skill map. DOTA 2, oh yeah, DOTA 2 really challenges me instead 'cause that tree is so hard to click.

OMG YES! i multiple times i try to go and cut the tree to walk through but its like rolling a die whether you click on it or not in dota 2.

I have noticed that there was something off but i couldn't quite think what the problem was.
