  • Filling on the trees.

I seem to have quite a time transitioning from both HoN & DotA into DotA2, with regards to jukespots and paths to walk upon around trees. Alot of places, the trees are too far apart and have little filling which leaves areas open and accesible, whereas they infact cannot be entered or used as juke spots. Can an enlargement of the trees or adding of leafs and alike be considered? It feels like a few trees was just planted to ressemble the outlines of their positioning in DotA.

Also, on some positions (common juke spots/hook spots), you're able to see through between the trees, making juking less successfull.

Can you provide some examples of where it works well and where it doesn't?

I have a bunch more of these... I'm not entirely sure if this is right though. There are so many places that act just like this and I wasn't able to test if the enemies could see me from where I could see (I assume they can though)

If this is what your looking for I can upload a lot more

Not quite sure what OP and the attached images are showing an issue with.

My only issue with trees in DOTA2 so far is targeting for tango use.

              wow nice ss's csquatdbeat.

Yeah I think some places that you were probably was not suppose to give you vision through trees

Same 0002, 0003 screenshots clearly show this.
Just let's post screenshots in this topic where you feel difference against WC3.

                1 trees, vision.
2 mirrored situation in D2 it's looks like you can't go between trees, because second tree is bigger than in wc3.

Well the screenshots I showed were juke spots. I figured if I could see out of them the enemy could see into them, hence them not being very good juke spots ;P

I really do have alot more of these and could probably find alot more...I'm not sure if these are visual problems for the juker and working completely fine "in game" or its just bugged.
