  • can anyone tell me if this PC will run Dota 2?

    CPU : G1630 2.8Ghz
    RAM : DDR3 4GB
    VGA : GIGABYTE GeForce GT610 1GB

I dont see any problem with this PC, but some people are saying GT 610 is just not enough, while I hear others say even lower VGAs than this one will run the game without any issue. I am really confused and there seems tobe no organized information ion this
btw I am obviously looking to run the game on high setting, if not max.

    any help would be appreciated.

Game was running on Single-core AMD, 1 GB of Ram and GeForce 7600GT with low-mid settings. You'll be fine.

I got Dota 2 running on a CPU with 2.3 GHz, DDR2 2GB and some graphic card older than yours with 512MB.
But that PC had a fresh OS install (Windows XP xD)

Regarding high setting/max. You won't be able to do that.
