Hello guys ! Let's start with the part when i changed my motherboard and processor. I had GA-M56S-S3 motherboard and amd dual core 5000+ as my old configuration with nvidia gt 630 2gb DDR3 and 4 gb ram. This configuration was running dota 2 reborn with 30 fps always , even when they updated to 6.86. And i decided to change my motherboard and cpu to this one v-m2nc61p motherboard with the processor amd phenom(tm) X4 quad-core processor gp-9500. After i put this new things and i started dota 2 reborn , 10 fps. I updated all the drivers , install everything , reinstall everything again , try new settings for set launch options in dota , Optimize my pc , changed 3 windows , had windows 7 , then install another version , then install windows 10 because i read smth about more stable fps in games , opengll for dota , for launch options , turning vsync off , resolution to the lowest , 60 hz monitor , latest video driver , a lot of cfg , autoexec for better fps in dota. I don't know what do to ! I installed one program that told me that my bios is old and it's not updated , i did not tried this yet to update the bios. I have no solution ! I read all about dota performance and nothing... Pls help me and sorry for my bad english. I write bad , but i understand everything.

Here are some pictures with my old configuration and my new configuration trough CPU-Z.

I also put a photo of task manager when dota is launched so you can see how little it's eating (i had chrome open , when i shut it down it consume less)

Also on the old rig i could had dota 2 reborn playing , farming , killing with 30 fps with chrome open on youtube listen to music , facebook and other tabs and still 30 FPS.

Dota 2 is CPU-bound, but does not really take advantage of more than 2 threads atm.
So you need strong single core performance, something that all AMD CPUs struggle with.

9500 is a lot weaker than 5000+ in anything not optimized for multiple threads (in fact, the lower frequency does not help it with multiple threads, too).
And being AMD's first attempt at quad core does not help it either - the whole platform is slow and not optimized, needs a lot of BIOS tweaking (specially power management and memory stuff), overclocking, premium quality ram etc.
You've effectively downgraded your old CPU with another old CPU, Well played!

Nice pictures, but you should have shared a dxdiag report instead.
    Troubleshooting crashes
Dota 2 Resources: autoexec.cfg reference / benchmark.cfg / Tweak it yourself (launch options, cvars) / useful batch files
No-Bling GlanceValue & FPS ++ NEW! Panorama hotkeys NEW! dota_primary_mm_language_override NEW TOGGLE_QUICKCAST_TP.bat NEW FIX LEGACY KEYS YOURSELF! NEW Toggle UI Animations OFF

Damn , i did not know all this things. So what you mean with the tweaking BIOS ? You mean an upgrade for BIOS or ?

Ok , i solved my problem with the fps. I bought "new" parts , trade the old ones + cash from me and now i run dota 2 with 60 fps , 45-50 in fights. Thanks for your responses !
