    Did I miss TI6's Mace of Aeons?What dose my personal data means?

    By chance, I learned about the function of personal data, it will record the number of times each collection is opened, and get extra times. For example, TI10 Immortal 3, I haven't opened Ultra Rare after 45 times, so it Recorded as 45 times at EscalationLevel2;another example,TI6 Immortal 2 and Immortal 3,After I got Ultra Rare, EscalationLevel2 become 0, When i continue open Immortal 2 or 3
    EscalationLevel2 Follow change,until next I got Ultra Rare.
    Now,we get know how Personal Data works,so I got question:in my Personal Data, TI6 Immortal 1,
    ti6_immortal_treasure_i EscalationLevel record 33, EscalationLevel3 record 17,I opened at least 33 TI6 Immortal 1, but my EscalationLevel3 record 17,I never get Mace of Aeons,why EscalationLevel3 record less than EscalationLevel record?

    I feedback my question to Steam Support, but I did not get a reasonable explanation, They suggested me get help form Official Dota 2 Community Hub and Dota 2 Development Forums,
    I love this game very much, I hope my problem can be explained reasonably!Thanks!
