Freeze when choose hero or ban hero

My OS is Windows 7

open the game and play 2 match my problem was in 2 match

yesterday i was with my friends name him in game is فلْ in part and play 2 match together

first game was anything good from game and my pc or connection and in 2 match

my match ID 3225682722 and time / date 02:44 AM ( 05 / 06 / 2017 )

when game start time down to ban hero can't ban any hero and i was can click any hero's but can't click ban icon .

so i think this problem from connection so i closed the game and check my pc. and connection it was very good .

and back open the game found time ban hero down and can't choose any hero too

i sure the problem from server now cuz.

1- can't click ban any hero's
2- can't click my hero's to want play with him .
3- can't type chat in channel team allies .
4- can't type whisper chat to my friends .
5- in all this time my connection was very good in pc and game and never get offline mode .


i traying many time to disconnect and re-connect nothing happen and same problems

in end found me get Abband from game and get 5 games L.P .

and what make this all bad the game now was 9 min. and the game choose to me Drow Ranger.
this problem get was 2 time get it in last 10 days

fist time was in date / time 08:12 PM ( 28 / 5 / 2017 ) Match ID 3210234497

in this match

1- can't ban any hero's.
2- can't choose any hero's.

i tryaing disconnect and re-connect than found the game choose me hero windranger and game starting
and if u check my profile u found in normal or rank game i choose between PA or Lina hero only and if can't choose it i choose other hero.
and after end game in min. 47:47 found my account get Abband and we was win game WTF. this .

so i send to support team yasterday and answer me today

and when back answer him i sure about the problem from your server and asking to send my problem to ur manger or

to search deep about this bug to fixed it cuz this not first time in last 10 days and remove my Abband if i right from my profile

so answer me to choose any site from this to can help me more about this bug to sure and test it

and why this problem in only last 10 days

to your information's i created my account from 2015 and from this time to now when i was get L.P

i never asking from your or support team anything cuz i was sure it my bad and this not your porblems

but now it different cuz i sure it not my bad or my bad connections to
