    Disable Discord in-game overlay! - that's what's causing crashes
You also have very bad internet connection (excessive packet loss). Might want to switch to Steam Beta, and/or to change download region to something else.
And you've fucked up some things in your autoexec.cfg, please share it so I can correct them for you!
    Troubleshooting crashes
Dota 2 Resources: autoexec.cfg reference / benchmark.cfg / Tweak it yourself (launch options, cvars) / useful batch files
No-Bling GlanceValue & FPS ++ NEW! Panorama hotkeys NEW! dota_primary_mm_language_override NEW TOGGLE_QUICKCAST_TP.bat NEW FIX LEGACY KEYS YOURSELF! NEW Toggle UI Animations OFF

i have a 20mb internet connection maybe when the dump file was created my router was restarting or something
P.S: for the record, ive done a fresh install of steam, dota, windows, drivers and ive also tried running dota with zero softwares installed except for drivers. Ive also tried moving my steam folder to SSD Harddisk attached in my PC to run dota2 completely from my SSD even that didnt work. I tried running it on fresh win7 as well with just chipset and graphics drivers installed

Ive disabled my discord ingame overlay but the problem still persists

and this is my autoexec cfg
      bind "KP_1" "demo_goto -300 relative"
      bind "KP_4" "demo_goto -150 relative"
      bind "KP_3" "demo_goto 300 relative"
      bind "KP_6" "demo_goto 150 relative"

      dota_force_right_click_attack 1
      dota_camera_accelerate 10 (10 is default of dota2, while 49 feels like dota1)
      dota_camera_accelerate 30
      dota_minimap_hero_size 900

please let me know if u need any fresh dump file, im really desperate to get this fixed

Of course you should provide new dumps.
And a list_my_programs output generated on your Desktop (link in my signature).
        Code:
        dota_camera_accelerate 10 [color=#ff2222](10 is default of dota2, while 49 feels like dota1)[/color]
this is bad - if the red part was intended as a comment, you're missing // in front of it
        Code:
        dota_camera_accelerate 10 //[color=#444444](10 is default of dota2, while 49 feels like dota1)[/color]

          corrected the cfg file

Update: i recently ran GPU Stress Test using Furmark and apparently my PC restarted during furmark, so its not DOTA it has something to do with my PC obviously. The temps go upto 85+ and the PC restarts
However i would hugely be grateful if you can help. I am trying to figure out which hardware component is causing this problem.
I have already attached my system configuration in the link in the first post. I dont have any graphic card so i run dota 2 on the default intel 4600 chipset which comes with 4th Gen Processor
I have used 2 different processors, both 4th Gen. Core i5 4590 and i7 4770 but the problem persists. Ive tried swapping my rams 1 each at a time in different ram slots but the problem still persists.
I dont understand if its the heatsink fan or my motherboard or the PSU. Do u think u can help me with this please ?

It all starts with having proper temps for your CPU. GPU can take a lot more abuse, even 100°C+ (should still be addressed with cleaning, replacing thermal grease, replacing cooler just like for CPU)
If you do not get <45°C at idle - keep at it until you do!
-First, make sure you run the latest BIOS, and that you have enabled all power options (Intel SpeedStep, C-States, Thermal Protection) and disabled any overclocking feature (including "Boost" / "Turbo"). Set RAM timings and voltage manually as per manufacturer specs.
-Second, check temps for your whole system with something like OpenHardwareMonitor
-Replace the thermal grease with new Noctua NT-H1, Arctic MX-4, Arctic MX-2 (in order of performance=price). Clean the old one really well using soap/alcohol dipped clean sticks from both the cpu and the heat-spreader.
-Check that the hsf (cooler) is fastened properly, specially if it has piece-of-shit plastic "knobs". There are aftermarket metal fastening systems with or without back-plates that will help tremendously. You can even do it yourself with some standard metal screws+washers+nuts instead of the plastic garbage parts
-Get a proper tower-like cooler with lots of fins, heat pipes and built-in metal fastening system. Noctua are great, Scythe have lots of less expensive options.
