    • It's so damn frustrating not to be able to consistently choose the regions I want to queue. If I select east and west, it decides that east is unplayable for me or someone in my group (over 100 ping = unplayable? lol), so it queues only west, which makes me unable to find a game in a reasonable amount of time. I can queue east by only selecting east, but I want to queue east and west together. Is that too much to ask? If I go into the selection list and pick east and west, just let me queue east and fucking west with 110 fucking ping, for fuck's sake.

edit 2: never mind its still a problem. what i said below is wrong fuark!
Edit: I think patch added this feature. THANK you SO much valve. Really appreciate that.

        • The US West servers have absolutely horrible past week or so with ping significantly higher (66-80 ping) than they were before (32-44 ping). Valve please get it together. I planned on playing this weekend to relax a little, ended up loosing two games due to the high pings plus ping spikes. Even the new mini game released by valve is suffering from the high pings. I updated all of my drivers and also changed nic's. I know its not my system's fault since it is 4790k 16gb GTX 970. Definitely not my networks fault since i get 170 down and 12 up with pings just above 30 ping with speed tests from california to northern parts around Seattle.

          • Hi, I'm from Argentina. My friends and me can't play in chilean server: High ping. We have different ISP (Main ISP from Arg.) but the same ping: 200.

            Any solution?

IDK, but this could be useful:
            Me
            Ping in SELECT MATCHMAKING REGIONS
            Ping In-GAME
            Tracert Claro-Telmex

            Tracert Telecentro
            Tracert Telefonica-Speedy

                  • Been getting progressively worse "Restoring connection to Dota 2 game coordinator" issues, along with "Offline Mode" notifications while I'm on a server playing.

I've got no idea what's going on, but I mostly have trouble creating lobbies and loading any games in the Watch tab. I refuse to test normal matchmaking queues in fear of getting perpetual low priority (thanks Valve).

So this happens... and i get high ping and loss 10-30% (from 45-60 ping it jumps to 200-500 for about 5 seconds).

                          Can anyone explain this?

I'm getting the same problem and I don't know why.
US East is fine for me though, create a lobby there and test.
