Hi all,
I recently upgraded my broadband service to that of Starhub's Maxinfinity fibre broadband and started getting this auto-disconnect error which seams to have plagued Dota players for months now.
My question is if its a router configuration error or my ISP's fault.
The problem starts off on the very first game be it as a spectator or a player i hit the in game loading screen with the Dota 2 logo and it freezes out, i have to alt-tab and restart the program.
After "warming up" dota 2, i can enter games but typically get 2 or 3 auto-disconnects at the start of the game and its smooth sailing from there.
If its a bad day i can go up to 7 DCs in a row.
The IP address that is shown in red can differ and the ports are different at times too.
Any help with this issue is much appreciated.
