  • Issues With The May 20th Update

Due to a memory issue when running on 32-bit Windows, we have decided to revert to the previous version of Dota 2. This has already occurred and you will need to patch again.

Please note that items added with this update (such as the Pyrion Flax announcer and HUD skins) will not function and may be missing icons or text in your backpack. They will function again once we ship a new update.

We will continue working towards shipping this update as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and enjoy the game!

Why you devs don't communicate with people? Do it like Path of Exile devs do, they go to the forums and communicate with everyone, they play the game themselves and understand many of the issues the players do, since they play the game with everyone.

            • #7
I guess that's what they get for skipping test client for once haha

              • #8
Because they don't need to communicate shit to us.

                      You never fail to disappoint.

Does anyone actually care about the development of Dota 2 anymore?

When critical bugs slip through like this, there is something very wrong going on.

Valve has made millions and more off Dota 2 already and yet they continue this downward spiral to mediocrity, becoming completely out of touch with the community.

If the current devs don't care, then they should be replaced or banned from working on Dota 2.

EDIT: Move your screw up to technical support instead of Critical Bugs, where it belongs. Nice and straightforward business as usual.
Over 300 major bugs. The Ancient BD 'feature.' Mute System: win rate directly correlated to amount of muted players on each team.
Developers have no backbone or heart, consistently browse threads about controversial topics awaiting a developer reply, never answer.
It couldn't get any worse. Valve should be given the benefit of a doubt?
                      I was wrong. Quickcast.

OH COME ON. I just bought the PFlax announcer pack and now I can't play it? Get your shit together devs. This is unacceptable.

So it was fixed immediately, AND they told you about it.

Also, if you don't care, why are you here?
