What is the best way to check if the problem is resolved?
tracert sgp-1.valve.net doesn't really show if there is packet loss. Is there no other way other than to open up Dota and spectate a game?

This happened like for a week now. Request time out problems on sgp-1-valve.net and sgp-2.valve.net while pinging google.com and facebook.com seems fine no request time out so maybe u guys can fix my problem. My friend also a bayantel user from philippines is also experiencing the same problem. My game is freezing for like 30 secs every 5 minutes or less.

Posted above are cmd ping of sgp-1.valve.net, sgp-2.valve.net, google.com and facebook.com and tracerts of both singaporean servers. This only happened last week till now. Hope it could be fixed at your end or let me know if it is an ISP problem.

ok the above issue was solved by my ISP (bayantel)

now im having issue with sgp-1.valve.net not having a constant ping causing the game to spike abit. anyway i can solve this problem?

It clearly shows that i have a constant little spike on singaporean server 1 and not so much on 2. Anyway i can solve this problem or any way to choose singaporean server 2 to play at?

Hey guys,
First I just one to tell yous guys that this is just a selfish demand from me but hey, i love dota and i want to play it so much so here what it is:
Im from Vietnam and we have 3 biggest ISP here: FPT, Viettel and VNPT, i always pick SEA server because it has the best ping (around 70). I only know that in SEA server Valve have 3 or 4 main IP range that is :
I. 45.121.184.1 - 45.121.184.255
II. 45.121.185.1 - 45.121.185.255
III. 103.28.54.1 - 103.28.54.255 ->> these are what your internet connect to when you try to check in game ping when choosing region and its always good ( around 70)

And others, but my problems are only (I) and (II) IPs range. My ISP, they REROUTE all of those connections toward those IPs to the LA, USA so if im unlucky and find a match in those IPs server, I will have 300+ ping. I try everything I can to avoid those IPs like block all of it with my firewall but if im doing that, i'm still get punishment from not be able to connect to the game (like what ???). So here I am asking you guys is there any other ways to only choose 1 IP range ? (the III one) because thats the only IP range my ISP doesnt reroute.

[bug][technical issue] extremely long queue times on china servers

I made a reddit post awhile ago and got no help there so I come to the masters.

Dear Community, Does anyone have an solution to extremely long >60 min queue times for ranked matches in the China Regions (Wuhan, Zhejiang, Shanghai)? I am running US steam client and -perfectworld launch option. Pings are great when i do find a match, it is just that i frequently max out the queue timer of 99:99 with no luck to find a match.
Edit: I am in Wuhan, and my Chinese national friends who play on the perfectworld client have no issues with matchmaking. ~3 min max.
Also, when I play with my chinese national friends in a party, the matchmaking times are also < 3 minutes.
