  • [Disruptor] Several fixes and additions to his ability & modifier tooltips

    Thunder Strike:
    * New ALT note: The orb continues striking the target's death location when they die.
    * New ALT note: Although not removed by death, other dispels remove the orb normally.
    * New ALT note: Reveals the target through invis and fog, but doesn't grant true sight.
    * New ALT note: Provides 450 radius flying vision for 3 seconds after the last strike.

    Glimpse:
    * Fixed the value in the description being hardcoded.
    * Removed illusion line from main description, moved to ALT notes.
    * Added info about the teleport delay to main description.
    * Added max teleport delay to the t raits.
    * Made the displayed cast range increase when choosing the +150 cast range talent.
    * Reworded the existing note about the teleport delay to be more clear.
    * New ALT note: The projectile has 400 radius flying vision.
    * New ALT note: Can move the target even when they trun invulnerable.

    Kinetic Field:
    * Removed ALT note about spell immunity, the info is already in the header.
    * New ALT note: Force Staff has no effect on units affected by the field.

    Static Storm:
    * Reworded beginning of description for better readability.
    * New ALT note: Damage ramp up explained a bit
    * New ALT note: Deals damage in 0.2 second intervals.
    * New ALT note: Grants vision within its area.
    * New ALT note: Affects invulnerable units.
