      From the article:

This is a reduction equal to 15% of the hero's BAT, but only (.15 / 1.6) = .09375 or 9.375 % of their current attack speed, which is why it is misleading. One would expect a skill that says is reduces attack speed by 15% to reduce attack speed by 15%, not some amount relative to 15% and their current IAS.

      If you change it to just, "reduces attack speed by 15," then people who know how attack speed works will still understand, and those who don't won't expect a flat 15% reduction.

              There is an inaccuracy in Battle Fury's tooltip:

              Passive: Cleave - deals a percent of attack damage in a 225 AoE around the target.
              This should read "a percentage" or "a fraction". In my opinion, it would also be clearer to put "in a 225 radius around the target".

                BUMP! February 2014!!!

                Still countless abilities that needs more detailed tooltips. They seem to like telling travel time on things, but not the radius and range.
                I remember S2 fucked up the tooltips in HoN one patch, but atleast you were able to rollback to detailed ones from the console in-game...
