In private lobbies/hero demo mode:
-Numerous cosmetics with custom particles are using the wrong particle snapshot, so particle appear in the wrong place - Example (the hat, sword, and ward). Some of these errors seem like the item is using the default snapshot instead of the modified one.
-Pudge's equipped weapon (hook) does not disappear when using Meat Hook (thus showing two hooks) - Example
-Some custom animations and effects do not play - Example (Animation)
-Fireborn Odachi's omnislash particles modifiers are either missing or have some kind of conflict with Kinetic: Fireborn Assault
And probably a bunch of other stuff I haven't tested yet. Some of these work in matchmaking games, others don't. It's been like this ever since Source 2, can we get a fix soon?
