[Axe] Counter Helix has no visual feedback when proccing while hexed/animation-frozen

    Counter Helix' visual effect is bound to the helix spin animation. So when the animation does not play for whatever reason, Counter Helix is pretty much invisible.

    When Axe is hexed, or has his animations frozen (chronosphere, timelock, winter's curse, to name a few sources), Counter Helix cannot be seen at all.


    It probably should a small effect which is not bound to the animation, on top of the animation-bound effect.
