    Hello guys,

So lately,i've started to become a little lost after switching from the mid role to the carry role....simply i find that each picking scenario holds too many available picks. Example: enemy team doesn't have lockdown ---> you got slark/AM/Ember/Troll/half the pool/etc....ofc there must be something i'm missing (and don't bash me for that example just trying to get my point through) so i wanna hear what you guys think.

Just practice with the carries you like, some powerful ones off the top of my head are juggernaut, spectre, luna, gyrocopter. Most of the others i thought of might be too nuanced or hard to play. What heroes are you confortable with in terms of complexity?
      I guard the rear.

        Hello and thanks for replying,

I can anything from meepo to wrath king, my problem is that there is no situation where you can say "X would be so great this game" instead you can mostly say "XYZLMN would be so great this game" so what i'm saying is that the roles of a lot of carries and their picking scenarios overlap so much that i'm seriously lost.

Thanks for your time once more.

There are mostly more heroes in the pool that are viable in a match of dota2 and somes have their pros and cons (atleast most of the time) but then it comes down to personal preference. I would suggest to get very comfortable on a few heroes that are very good in most of the games like slark or jugger and try to add heroes from time to time.

i've been playing slark almost exclusively this patch...5/0 this patch even when i'm 1v9..starting to practice some ember as well..thing is...their role is pretty much the same..the only difference is that ember splitpushes like mad while slark needs atleast 400gpm to be somewhat able to carry...thanks for your thought anyways.

i think u have the wrong view of playing a carry since u seem to be bound to 1 playstyle with each hero
