Luna is currently not very popular in the pro scene anyway, that's why I was thinking about how to buff her. The most annoying thing about Luna that comes to my mind is that her ultimate Eclipse ends prematurely when she dies. This is especially game-deciding when having Aghanim's and accidentally casting it on an ally instead of on the ground because the targeting cursor prioritizes units over the ground. In this case Eclipse ends if the allied unit dies, but when cast on the ground it only stops if Luna herself dies. Imagine Sand King's ultimate stopping when he dies, that would hurt his team fight initiation quite a lot. After all, Eclipse' has one of the highest ultimate cooldowns in the game, and still can simply be nullified by killing Luna.
My proposal: Make Eclipse continue in an area around the location where Luna/the target ally dies, providing the same vision as if it was cast on the ground with Aghanim's Scepter.
