    If someone fails to load, they need to be removed from the lobby immediately by default.

    As it is, if someone fails to load everyone is returned to a lobby which still contains the failed loader, and the queue immediately pops again.

    Even if you are the host, it is impossible to manually kick the guy before the pop locks him in.

    This happens all the time in overthrow. Unless the loader leaves voluntarily, it seems like the only solution is to find another lobby.

    This is still a problem. Every third overthrow game has a zombie loader. Extremely annoying.

      failed loaders are removed from the lobby already... If someone else leaves the game before the loaders do, then they won't be removed, which makes sense. Whoever fails to load, or leaves the match during the loading phase of others, gets kicked.

        If there is currently a system to do it, it is not working consistently.

        I have been tracking this for some time and people showing "failed" regularly remain in lobby afterwards. They have not rejoined because they remain at their old position in the list.

        People are not leaving beforehand. In a few cases there have been multiple failed loaders, so perhaps only one is being kicked.

          The first player who fails gets kicked. Not all of them do. If for example 3 are still loading, and a 4th player who already finished loading leaves the match, then that 4th player will be kicked, and not the other 3. But all 4 will read "failed". If one fails, then all not-ready players will read "failed", too, but only the one player who caused everyone to return to the lobby gets kicked. If multiple people failed to load (without anyone leaving early), then they get all kicked.

            Sometimes people who didn't load are kicked, but not always. The lobby will then stay at 10/10 and nothing happens until someone leaves or the host kicks somebody.

              It really isn't consistent. If the intention is for it to behave as you say, it is currently buggy.
