    [Custom games lobby restricted] - Restricted account to enter lobby on custom games

    Hey Devs, lately I only play custom games and after the last update I can not enter the lobby anymore because the valve algorithm thinks I'm bot.

    Every time I try to enter some lobby it shows the following message:

    "One or more members of the party are resctricted from playing this game at this time."

    I know that valve has taken action against bots and also know that now custom modes can give ban. I'm not banned and I'm not bot either (obvious).

    I wanted to know what I have to do for my account can access the lobbies in custom games.

    About my account:

    * Level 2 in steam
    * Level 8 on Dota 2
    * All heroes are open (because I played the first 25 normal matches)
    * Has telephone number associated.
    * It has steam security authenticator.
    * Ranked match blocked yet.
    * Market on steam blocked yet.

    Note 1: Do not tell me I have to put $ 20 on steam, because this is unfair. Dota is a free game as it says in your specification.

    Note 2: I normally played until last week's custom games and now it's gone the way after the update.

    Note 3: When I create the lobby I can play normally. But when I go into someone else's lobby I can not get inside.

    What can I do?

    Can u play custom game now? because now i already play 31 normal game and still retricted from playing arcade game i so frustrating right now i had been blocked from playing arcade for almost a year now ( i already rejoin dota 2 for a week now after i have finish my 31 normal game)
