  • DOTAShow ... TooltipStyled don't work with CSS style

    Text don't change style!
    Code:
    $.DispatchEvent(
       "DOTAShowTitleImageTextTooltipStyled",
       "title",
       "file://{images}/spellicons/repair.png",
       "text",
       "myStyle"
     );

    ------------------------------------------------------
    .myStyle{
      color: #00ff00;
      font-size: 25px;
    }

    The DOTAShow...TooltipStyled events are mostly used if you'd like to adjust the styling of the arrows around the tooltip. Unfortunately, that's not that useful to custom game authors currently, as the arrows derive their styling from xml/css files that are not editable by custom game authors.

    We unfortunately don't currently have a solution for custom game authors to create their own custom styled tooltips.

        I'd imagine thats what they plan on doing in the future, as thats how most professional UI development software is done. ($('#Panel').ShowTooltip($('#SomeOtherPanel'))
        Every time you have an issue, spend at least 5 minutes on each of these four sites Google, Wiki, Github, and ModDota
        If you still can't figure out your issue, post your issue on moddota in as much detail as possible with a SSCCE. If you do not complete these requirements, than you will be rejected by the community. Try not to contact individual users for help as we are very busy.
