When a user presses an ability hotkey or the UI triggers it through Abilities.ExecuteAbility(), the click state switches to CLICK_BEHAVIORS.DOTA_CLICK_BEHAVIOR_CAST = 3. However there is currently no way to get the ability that is being cast from the cursor, which makes it hard to do much with it. In the base game, for example, you can cast an ability on the portrait to make it target that unit. It would be very helpful if we can recreate that behavior in Panorama.
