SSAO is glitched on nVidia RTX GPUs (2000 series)
A friend's scene on his RTX 2080 Ti:
On my GTX 1080 Ti (Pascal architecture)
On the RTX there are some very odd artefacts, as if the smoothing operation wasn't happening properly.
He was able to reproduce this on 3 computers with RTX video cards, all Windows 10, drivers up to date. They were either 2080 or 2080 Ti. This included a brand new computer with a fresh Windows install.

You can also notice some slightly curved lines here, such as across the rock. They happen in other cases as well.
