This system is not properly banning players, offering the community itself the power to punish other players is a democratic measure, but one that requires a certain level of social maturity.

South America is not prepared for this system, there are several emerging cultures and languages that are in different socio-historical moments, players are banned due to language differences and xenophobia.

The player who is beaten and silences his aggressor probably receives a complaint from the aggressor for having silenced him.

In my last 20 games, I won 15 games having been featured in almost every game, playing as HC and fulfilling my role competitively, however whenever someone hits me or is toxic I immediately block communication to maintain my peace of mind. So I took a 3-day ban and now a 7-day ban without having any destructive attitude or communication, just protecting myself from the toxic community.

I am very disappointed with the system and with these punishments, I asked Steam support just one example, and I was not given any, only that I received some complaints, but so what? They are false reports and I am being harmed.

We should be able to report only with the map time and explicit reason, and if the person reports without reason, they will receive a punishment for false reporting. Empowering a group of alienated and hateful people has already shown itself in different historical moments and in different countries and cultures how it can be harmful to the community and how injustices can appear and be normalized.

Give me an example of how I was destructive in any of the last 20 games that I accept the punishment with conscience and attention to details and promise not to repeat, but if not, please take action.
