    We need to make dota2tools read symlinks in dota_addon folder.
    another way join game & content folder in one!

    I STRONGLY agree. I hope Valve addresses this some day. The addons should be able to have a single top level folder. Makes it so much easier to track in GIT.

    @russia_nekto, you can symlink back from the folders to your git repo on windows and git will handle it okay.

    Of course, it needs a Junction (windows folder hard link)

    Junction created for game <<===>> G:\games\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota_addons\sarynthdev

    Do the same for content and then dotadev\sarynth can track both game and content in a single git project folder.
