Well, yep, after gathering all my bones from the floor I actually tried to buy that sweet butt-kicking tricorne for Kunkka.

Even after I have clicked on Checkout for six times, nothing happened.

    The hell?

Opening the store from Steam leads me to an error with the following text:
Failed to initiate transaction due to an internal server error. Please try again in a few minutes or contact support if the issue persists.
Since a few minutes have passed long ago, I'm contacting the support.

    RIGHT HERE.
Heroes this user should seriously reconsider ever picking again.

          Let me think a little...

Is this country-related? Since I know I'm not from UK or the USA. Maybe that's why?

It seems to be a problem with EU customers. All my yank friends could buy stuff without any problems. I guess we can only hope Valve fixes this soon.

Since it's valve we're talking about, expect this to be solved within this day. By tomorrow morning is the latest. (EU time)

i was having a problem during my coasts primetime (9pm). its probably just due to traffic. actually, the ingame shop wasnt even loading for me at all, so i went on the dota2 website through firefox and bought my items there. worked fine, though i did get 'failed transaction' errors even though i got the items and funds were deducted from my steam wallet. when i next went into checkout, the item i bought previously was there, so i had to remove them

                  anyways, try the online part?

I am facing the same problem as well, my US friends are able to buy without any issue. So i guess its with the EU servers.

I hope they fix it before the sales are gone, I got exactly €1,99 in my steam account and I want to buy that sven bundle and get the witch doctor one free.

                            Plz hurry with this fix.
