    While offline in friends ... I can see if a friend is playing and what is the level of the hero he is playing..and vice versa

    Can you see the lvl update...or is is just the last lvl recorded by the game before you went off?

      It's actual information, live. It is a bug that people can see the ones that are supposedly offline and what they are doing.

        I noticed that too. I think it only works if you joined the same party and then left or the list is still shown on the right, although the party disbanded (or u got kicked)

            OP is right. If I try to play when offline mode in Steam (hiding from one of my friends), people can still scroll the offline list in client and it'll say what I'm doing, even though my name is grey.

            So I was hiding from one friend, but another friend was still able to scroll down and spectate to watch me play, and that's how he did it. And I've done it before. I'd actually like this to be fixed so I can effectively hide .
