I would like to make a suggestion with Bloodseeker's 3rd ability, Thirst.
According to its (Thirst) descriptionthirst.jpg, the Bloodseeker gains vision of an enemy hero(es) when reaching a threshold. Let me say that again, the BLOODSEEKER gains vision of an enemy hero(es) when reaching a threshold. Not Invoker, not Bounty Hunter, not Riki nor any other hero in his team should have vision of the bleeding target--even if Bloodseeker is still alive. Bloodseeker should be the only one having vision of the dying enemies because, well, he's the Bloodseeker.
I would like to suggest that make Thirst have a passive/ active ability. The active is a global skill that will reveal enemy heroes meeting the health treshold in a duration, marking them. Timer of skill's cool-down, duration and mana cost are up to you. To balance the nerf, the duration will continue even if Bloodseeker dies. For example; Bloodseeker got in a 3v2 gank, the three enemy heroes killed his teammate but he was able to inflict enough damage to the enemies--enough for his Thirst (passive) to kick in. However, Blodseeker is still getting bursted out and about to die. Bloodseeker sees his team coming to rescue then activated Thirst in time before he gets killed. His team will now have vision of the fleeing enemies and chase them down and get revenge.
I thought of this when Bloodseeker got his Ahg's upgrade.
