At the pro level, OD is not so often chosen. although he is not so bad in pubs.
Now OD has 2 item builts (both have meteor hammer):
1) Witch blade
2) Aether lens, Aghanim's
I would like to improve 1 build(offset by 1 or 2 positions), I think you've already improved the 2 build (up Null Talisman for OD).
You always look at his talents at 25 lvl
and you think that they are not as strong as other heroes:
1) Left talent (30% Spell lifesteal). It's too little. So I would make a similarity with satanic (only with spell damage). You can make the 3 ability active.
2) Right talent (+2% Arcane Orb Damage). THIS IS VERY LITTLE (basic 16, 18 this is only 12.5% more than the initial one). You can make a talent for Orb as in patch 7.20( orb has splashes).
You can also change the shard to splash orb (shard has taken to talent). Gameplay will be similar to Tiny with shard.
You can also return the mana steal from orb.
I would also suggest return basic attack time or growth agility.
