    Not receiving Battle Points + Items - not in LP

    Hello, as stated in the thread title I am not receiving Battle Points and/or Items anymore, out of the blue.
    I am not in the Low Priority Punishment Pool, I've played more than 20 games so far, mostly on Ranked and the rating works, depending on win or loose the game rating goes down or up. Everything else doesnt work, I don't receive any battle points after the game has ended / or items.

    I have trade ban so I can't trade items (which was a mistake) I talked to the support staff at specific time but all I got was a vague answer and an ignore after.
    Contacted steam support and they told me to open a topic here.
    Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?

      Same thing here. I'm not in low priority, not banned on anything Steam related at all. Items still do drop though.

            Did'nt get expirience

            My account didnt get any expirience. I dont have lowpriority, or other shi~.
            2 week i didnt get exp. on my dota profile.

                      Since when, why and is it permanent? I used to get bp's before the new year event kicked in. thats when it started

                        You are getting xp. It is however not showing at the end of a match but if you look at your profile you see it is increasing.

                        If you are trade banned you do not receive any xp.

                        so xiliea look at your dota profile and OP - as you stated - you are trade banned.

                          Hello and thanks for answering, well, they don't show as you said and neither do they go up in my profile.
                          Why dont i receive bps because of trade ban? It worked fine till the new year mod came and left, thats when it 'broke'

                            I have the same problem, and as far as I am aware I don't have any kinds of bans nor am I in LP.
