Forum Rules

  • My Juggernaut Set Jagged Honor it's bugged.

    My Juggernaut Set Jagged Honor is buggy. I have it in my inventory, the item says it is tradeable / marketable, but every time I tried to put it on the market I got an error saying "The specified item is no longer in your inventory or cannot be traded through the market community ".

    Send Help.

    Anybody got help on problems like this? Just to know and keep waiting. It's my first time here, idk if maybe i'm just wasting my time.

      Did you find any resolution ? Is this page even being acted upon by anyone or we need to address issues such as missing payments with Law enforcement ?

        Still nothing. I submitted a ticket directly through Steam Support and I don't exactly remember the full message because you can't look up that chat again (at least I can't find out) they basically replied that they can't do anything about it and those kinds of errors are usually fixed automatically with the new patches. So "keep waiting until it is magically fixed" is the official response.

        I do not know if the lack of response or help in this forum is due to the pandemic or it was always like that, since I had never had any problem until now, years of playing online games and being part of their community and forums, but damn man, I had never seen so much ineffectiveness in an official forum.

            I'm still waiting for someone at Valve who cares this. Maybe I'll send Valve a resume so they hire me to help people on this forum.
