    [Dota Plus] Shard balance and other Dota+ progression reset each time game starts

    Hello,

    Dota Plus hero level progression, relics and shard balance, tips received, reset each time I start the game. This is very frustrating as I aim some of the reward skin as a drive to continue playing after 5 years. I can't tell how much more shard I should have earned and it was all reset.

    The reset is not to 0, it is reset to a past value.

    Also I can't claim the weekly reward. Nothing happen when I click the button.

    I tried to use the Steam option to check the game files, with no effect. When I start the game I can actually see my shard balance decreasing. Reward log doesn't mention what I earned last time I played (which is why it decreases my shard amount I suppose).

    Ask all the questions you need to help you fix this.

    Please provide assistance and fix or refund my Dota Plus subscription.
