    maybe is a bug?

    On July 17, I bought a new box with signature，#71 unlocked，and some without signature
    but when i look at my inventory，I thought I bought the wrong，the box with signature is #70 box， but when i checked my records of consumption 。I think this is a bug
    I contacted the perfect world of customer service，He told me he need to investigate，But the result is not satisfied，he said this is normal phenomenon,and told me i can open it and i will get #71 new immortal.then i opened it ,I felt like I was cheated,i got last immortal. the box number is #70.Can check my records of consumption
