    Hi there, today i got some items removed from my account without receiving any information about it, not even by email. I would like to know the reason for this. It's not normal for steam users to get to his account try to open a treasure and the treasure is not there anymore due to what ever reason. I spent already lot of money in this game and in steam, this is not a logical way to reward a steam user.
    I hope to receive feedback by email cause that's the real way to contact a user.
    The customer service is very bad in this type of things and should be reevaluated.

    The worst of it all, it's that i have to register in a forum to report my bug.

    PS: the items were not stolen or traded since i have mobile confirmation.
