Forum Rules

    Due to an error in the game, I managed to buy a membership in the support club for evil geniuses twice, I received bonuses only 1 time, the second time my money just disappeared
    After the first purchase, the opportunity to buy again was not blocked immediately, and I thought that the purchase did not go through, I immediately clicked buy again, and in the end I paid twice for the product that was not provided for this.

    I am having the same issue, steam wont refund 1 of it, i have no idea what to do. At least give me my packs. Or let me choose another team.

      I still want to hope that they will return the money, of course this is not such a large amount, but it's a shame that you are losing it through no fault of your own
      Steam support says we can’t do anything, go contact Dota 2 support on the forum, but here they don’t want to deal with the problem

        i tried steam support twice, no luck, they just closed the case. the dota 2 support on the forum you mention is here? or is there another forum or sub-section for support?

          I wrote to Steam support 2 times, the first time they just closed the request, saying that the item was used or removed, and nothing will be returned to me
          The second time they wrote to me to write in support of Dota 2 on this issue, and gave a link to this forum
          I immediately wrote a response to support and described my problem in more detail, but I have not been answered for 22 hours
          As I understand it, this is a developer forum, and here they should help
          But the forum is rather strange, I see people with the same problem as mine, but no one is in a hurry to help us

              A couple of days ago I wrote in support of Steam with this question in the section of payment errors "I was charged the wrong amount"
              I was ignored for more than a day, I wrote again, supplementing my appeal, and they helped me, just returned the money back

                  In the support ticket, I wrote that the product cannot be bought twice, and the possibility of re-purchase by mistake was not immediately blocked
                  I also sent them the purchase codes
