  • Unable to get the list of items received from the treasure (Immortal II)

    I tried to open the new Immortal II when the servers were acting out. It said that I received a "Shadow Masquerade" for Riki, but when I look at my inventory, there is none, and it did not consume any of my treasure box. (I started off with 10, and I still have 10 left). But when I try to open another treasure, it says "unable to get the list of items received from the treasure". It's been stuck this way for quite a while.

    I have the exact same problem and I cant do anything at all with the chests and the I items I got is gone.

          It is still broken even after last update, been over a day and a half now. Whould be nice if we could hear anything at all from valve about this issue. Having a lvl 1000 compendium and cant even open my chests. Can I even get a refund anymore? Vavle really need to step it up.

            I found the items I got from the chests in the steam profile inventory but they are not ingame and I still cant open my remaining chests.

              The number of people got affected are too few, they are not going to care about us.

                It seems so sadly, have tried making a few threads on reddit about it but that have not done anything, thinking that mabye a reinstall might work. The "support" that Valve have is a joke.

                Saw that people back with the winter battle pass has this problem aswell.

                Edit: YES A REINSTALL WORKS I THINK THE BUG IS CAUSED BY THE INGAME INVENTORY BEING OUT OF SYNC WITH THE STEAM INVENTORY VALVE CAN THANK ME BY GIVING ME THAT NEW INVOKER SET FOR DOING THEIR JOB FOR THEM.
