    Recently, I found a small bug regarding the transaction section of the Dota 2 store. When I added the Deadly Nightshde set for Templar Assassin to cart, the "Cart(1)" icon appeared but nothing was in the cart. I thought it didn't register properly , so I added it again. Still wasnt there, until I pressed checkout, I realised I had two orders of the same set, but I cannot remove one since it is not present in the cart. At the moment I have an invisible transaction of 2 TA sets that i can't be voided.
    Would be a great help if this could be fixed soon.

    I currently have the same problem. People in one of the chat channels were talking about how The Defense 3 ticket had been removed from the store, but I was still able to see it. I decided to add it to my cart to see what would happen. It gave me the prompt saying it was added, but when I checked my cart it was empty. So I tried again, afterwards noticing the green button saying Cart (2) in the top right corner of the shop. In the Cart page (which said it was empty) I decided to hit Checkout to see what would happen, and both of the tickets I added are there.

    Now I have two copies of The Defense 3 ticket in my cart that I can technically buy, but no way to actually remove them from the cart. I don't want to buy the tickets because I already have one, but I'm afraid I'm gonna be forced to buy them in the future because of the issue with the Shopping Cart.

      same problem. i was going to buy tournament tickets worth 8€ but valve doesn't want my money.
