Forum Rules

Bought a Valve Plush Courier and did not get the item

  • Bought a Valve Plush Courier and did not get the item

    I received a plush courier today and tried to activate the Zonkey Courier item. When I attempted to activate the digital unlock, I recieved the following message: "Product Already Owned" and then proceeded to try to install Dota 2 (it was already installed).

    When I checked my inventory, the Zonkey courier was not there. I tried again with the same result.

    If a valve employee messages me, I would happily provide the product code or order number to support this claim.

    Thank you for any assistance.

    Your best bet is to mail the Steam support through the form: https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php The admins on this forum cannot really help you.
