  • Lost Treasure Keys

    A couple hours ago i used the Dota 2 Store for the first time...it was VERY disappointing. I added $5 to my Steam Wallet to purchase 2 keys and up to now i still haven't seen them. I talked to a friend and he advised me that it will be delivered but could not say when, i ended up putting a an additional $10 to purchase another 2 keys and did get those...but i'm still out $5; any help?

      Does it says something like this "Unable to confirm, if successful items will be sent at later date"?

                        This is ridiculous. I included the receipt for the items I purchased and asked them to refund me if that's faster. They just threw a stock "we're investigating this issue" at me.
                        Deliver the items I obviously bought or refund me. I needed those keys TWO DAYS AGO, not one week from now, for trade purposes. Half the purchase went down the toilet because of this.
