      I have also purchased the Compendium and not received it, not sure who to contact, or if I'm just out $9.99 or what. Oh well.

                        Sister, it's a forum for development feedback. No one cares here about your money, because no one here have power to return yours to you.
                        Contact Steam support and patiently wait for situation resolve - it may take 2-4 days.

                          It takes 3-4 working days for Steam support to reply. Yes, you need patience for this, but usually once they reply the process goes much faster. It took me 5 days to restore a hijacked account, out of which 4 days were spent on waiting for the very first response.
                          Remember, remember the 1st of November
