It makes the game run smoother with vsync on dota source 1. But source 2 doesnt have it and i have annoying screen tearings or micro stutter sometimes.

+1, the game handles any fps drop below 60 far better with this option enabled (lets you have vsync on without clamping down to 30 whenever it drops below 60).

I also want to point out, the DX11 version doesn't handle alt-tabbing too well in fullscreen. In order to sync to the monitor, the game needs to flicker a few times when I start up the game, and then it will run smoothly. However, if I alt-tab out and back in it won't flicker again, but it won't be synced to the monitor and there will be a lot of micro-stuttering. I will then need to toggle between windowed and fullscreen in order to make the game flicker and sync to the monitor again, removing the stutter.

Would also like to see net_graph and +-sixense_left_click console options added back in, so that I can see a constant ping and fps for diagnostics, as well as fast a-move, would be GREATLY appreciated
