  • Anything you can do to intentional feeders?

This venge kept killing himself and courier to enemy team. If valve wants to fix bad behaviour they should permanently ban people like him.

from start to finish, he didnt even try anything other than troll people.

    vouch here for the system,
perma ban after 4-5 games like that should be good enough. Make tutorial to be 100% completed (without speeding up commands) before new players can play on MM and it should fix the situation a bit.

bans won't mean much in a F2P game. they'll just make new accounts. Report them and let them enjoy low priority.

It is easy to tell that he is a feeder.
But it is hard for the machine to tell. There are many factors in it. What if he just sucked and died a lot (not considering courier feed now). The punishment system has to rely on reports.
And then what do you do if there are false reports.

So permanent bans are no option. Temporary ban is an option and it is implemented. (LPQ, mute)
