  • People that just tries to to roshan lvl 1, abandons the match if it fails.

I've been matched with these guys (Jaffa Calling and pals) a couple of times now and the games are just a waste of time. Whenever someone walks into them doing roshan lvl 1, one of them just pauses the game and abandons so that score won't be kept from the game since there has been no first blood. This way the only games that count for them are games where they get roshan lvl 1, giving them a high winrate.
This is occurring in high-level matchmaking since the latest time i was matched against them (id: 250299315) i had Na'Vi.XBOCT on my team.

two examples of how these games begin and end: http://imgur.com/a/oTZOX

As long as he picked a hero, he gets an abandon.

Significant abuse of this could easily result in account ban for all i care, shouldn't be too hard to check for it either.

I'm not trying to be a troll but how does this annoy you? Game stats wouldnt be recorded if they early abandon the game. And also killing roshan at lvl 1 doesn't mean auto win in anyway

This is interesting, poor you then I guess. There's probably nothing can be done because they legitimately won the games. If one of them abandoned the game then the person gets abandon status and maybe LPQ for a time, he got his punishment. You'll have to accept this and move on, unless you find a way to counter their lineup or the devs or mods have sth to say about this. "I feel sad for them(you)" - Juggernaut

Just to add, early rosh starts are pretty obvious to spot, they almost always have ursa for it.

Because i don't like having to waste 10 minutes on nothing because one guy wants to have a high winrate.
And they don't seem to get LPQ'd for it.

I'm not sure from what moment of the game you receive a QUIT when you leave, tho it should be from the moment you click yes to ACCEPT the game

If its after hero picks...thats bad because I have seen people quit in SD because they got heros they didnt wanna play (Why do they play SD then?...)

And I've never known...do they ALSO get a lose? say some one has 30 won and 30 lost

when they quit do they get 30 won 31 lost +1 quit?

I would rather wait 10 minutes for a balanced, fun and exciting match that will last 1+ hours. Than wait 10 seconds for a poorly balanced crapmatch that will end in 30- minutes
Valve, How I'm I supposed to respect certain boundaries to prevent a mute if I dont know them because they are different for each and every person on each and every game I play?

You can quit before creep spawn and not get abandon. Not sure about leaving before FB, but even when its easily to spot early rosh and why would you care about some random tryhards that go this strat

Do you know because of this from some official source?
                          Personal experience/experimentation?
                          Or you only suspect it?

If it is that way they should change it, I have seen a lot of people quit because they dont like the heros they got (In ar, sd, or the heros other people picked in RD)
