There is absolutely no reason to match 1 win person with 400 wins person.

    Answer:
Yes my smurf is in normal bracket, it got like 48% win rate
You like to be matched with people that know what they are doing, yet you have lost more games than you've won, it's likely you're at starting ELO and thus matched with someone who has played and won just a handful of games.

dotabuff doesnt have the data valve has. they can identify you, and probably are doing it. theres no way to gather enough info from 1 match to place you that high other than identifying your main account

that is a load of bs i have smurfs and they are in completely different ELO brackets as confirmed by dotabuff (when it was)

While it might detec that play is not noob there is not original account detection you are stupid

Valve since we dont have any visible ratings we have to use what we can and the only stats we have is number of wins. So when I see a person with 1 win and only 10hr played in dota I begin to wonder how is it possible that a 400 wins smurf is matched with 1 wins?

Yes my smurf is in normal bracket, it got like 48% win rate but I would still like to be matched with players who know the basics. The person with 1 wins in my match did not feed or play too badly but he did not know the basic dota mechanics like "dont block safe lane", stack pull and not just single pull, autoattacking creeps in lane nonstop. These are the little things that even bad players learn after 800 games. How do you expect a person with 1 wins know all this?

We won that game but I did not have fun at all.

Lets not use # of wins in MM maybe? Since u dont like it lets use hours played on dota 2 in steam? Match me with people who invested the same time as me in the game thats all I ask. Match me with total crap players but at least make sure they have the experience in dota 2.
