See this is the problem with whiners.
Wins =/= skill.
A player with 1000 wins could be a noob but still attain those wins because he stacks with friends 9/10 times.
A player with 20 wins could be smurf who was detected by the
matchmaking system and placed him with the same elo as you, but its still a noob.
There was a shitload of explanations by Fletcher (Valve Dev) on how some aspects of
matchmaking work, but what do we get? Some spoiled brats who bitch about things when
1. No new heroes; dead game Volvo.
2. Lost because queued with 20 win person; FIX THIS SHITTY MM!
3. Muted because hes a raging asshole; REMOVE MUTE SYSTEM NAO!
Im sure youll all go to lengths such as checking dotabuff to see the stats of these people,
but goodluck with 80% of the population having info sharing off and 99% of newcomers having this option off as well.
All in all, nice move Valve, getting tired of those:
"HOW CAN YOU PAIR ME WITH 20 WIN PERSON?" (when you didnt consider hes a smurf or stacked with a 1000 win person")
or even those seemingly non-rage thread but clearly are:
"Matchmaking should be improved" (With ofcourse the seemingly non-rage post of "Why is matchmaking putting me with 20 win people)
So have fun with your elitist, spoiled attitude dota players. Acting like youre fucking competing in TI3.
Unless you take the time to ASSESS YOURSELF instead of being a raging asshole, then you should probably stop playing the game
and move on to other things. My suggestion would be to move to HoN because its a carbon copy of dota, you wont have issues
learning there. Or you know, theres always League of Lesbians, theyre fucking hot from what I hear.
One last point: You cannot judge a person's skill on how many wins they have.
The most important aspect of a player is not only skill, but CONSISTENCY.
If youre a god-tier player, you are expected to do well 24/7, WHICH DOES NOT HAPPEN.
Tell me, do you always go in with a 100% performance? Those 100% hooks and arrows?
5 man RP's? Always know where to position? Perfect ice path? Know when to send back
your allies as chen? Shallow grave at the right time? Get that across the map flare kill as clock?
HAVE 100% GOOD DAYS AND 0% BAD DAYS?
again, people need to asses THEMSELVES instead of others, and this is why hiding wins was a good move.
