    1. I thought russians just tick every region and language regardless of them knowing it.

    - False, because after i talked to some in russian (i am russian btw) they said they have russian only ticked.
    So that option is irrelevant.

    2. i thought if you use "Solo" option you will be matched with solo players.

    - False again, i got matched with the same premades two games in a row, but every game was a stomp because of our carry getting 250 gpm.

    3. Am i right saying matchmaking is totally random and doesnt consider any internal skill rating?
    Every game you can find high-mid-low-completely low and braindead in team, so mm is just like that?


    btw inb4 russian racism, i do play eu only and prefer speaking only english.

    I'm 99% sure that the language thing you mentioned is correct. However, Russians (or a ton of players from other regions for that matter) will tick multiple regions to find games faster. The only consolation is that most of the "Russians" outside of EU servers are probably just trolling using google translate. You're screwed if they're in your team, real Russian or fake Russian.

    For your second point, can you pull up your Dotabuff profile, and see whether those matches are labeled "solo matchmaking"? If they're not that it's probably a bug you can report.

    For your last point, all I can say is that when I switched to my smurf account (with ~50 games), somehow the games got more balanced.
